Terms of Service

AI Pen Drive is a consent-first memory layer: it captures conversations and work products you choose to save, stores them in a personal vault, and makes them available to AI assistants you connect — with per-memory consent and access receipts.

You are responsible for your credentials and for what the AIs you connect do with retrieved content. One person per account. The shared demo vault is public and periodically reset — put nothing personal in it.

You own everything in your vault. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service for you: storing, encrypting, indexing (embeddings), and serving your content to the AIs you authorize. We claim no other rights, and we do not train models on your content.

• No storing content that is illegal or that you have no right to hold.
• No attempts to access other users' vaults or to probe, scrape, or overload the service.
• No reselling access without a written agreement with us.

The free tier is genuinely useful and its trust features — Forget, export, receipts — will never be paywalled. Paid tiers add capacity and convenience. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We run on reputable cloud infrastructure but do not currently offer an SLA. Export your vault whenever you want — that right is the real guarantee.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can leave at any time: export, then delete. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with export honored except where law forbids it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Material changes will be dated here and notified by email. Continued use after notice means acceptance.
